Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator, whose contact details you can find in the section “Information on the controller” in this privacy policy.
How do we collect your data?
Some data is collected when you provide it to us, for example data you enter in a contact form. Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website, mainly technical data (e.g. browser, operating system or time of the page view).
What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors. Other data may be used to analyse your user behaviour. Where contracts can be concluded or initiated via the website, the transmitted data is also processed for offers, orders or other enquiries.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can withdraw this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances, and a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Where consent has been requested, processing is based exclusively on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Our host will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfil its performance obligations and will follow our instructions with regard to this data.
We use the following host: Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, c/o Mindspace, 80331 Munich, Germany.

3. General information and mandatory information
Data protection
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. communication by email) can have security gaps; complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Information on the controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Richard Roth Lavalleja 535 2A C1414, Buenos Aires, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires
Email: richard@store2x.com
The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for deletion or withdraw your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted, unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it (e.g. tax or commercial retention periods); in the latter case, deletion takes place after these reasons cease to apply.
Legal bases of processing
Where you have consented to processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (and § 25 (1) TDDDG for the storage of cookies or access to information on your device). Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Where your data is required for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, we process it on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Where processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, we process it on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. Processing may also take place on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Recipients of personal data
In the course of our business activities, we work with various external parties. This sometimes requires the transfer of personal data to these external parties. We only pass on personal data where this is necessary for the performance of a contract, where we are legally obliged to do so, where we have a legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or where another legal basis permits it. When using processors, we only pass on personal data on the basis of a valid data processing agreement.
Withdrawal of your consent
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If your personal data is processed for direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing.
Right to lodge a complaint
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged breach.
Right to data portability, access, rectification and erasure
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or a third party in a common, machine-readable format. Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you also have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing, and, where applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data. You may also request the restriction of processing. For this and further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the change in the browser’s address bar from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in the browser bar.

Cookies
Our website uses “cookies”. Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your device. Technically necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. Where consent for the storage of cookies and comparable technologies has been requested, processing is based exclusively on that consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG); consent can be withdrawn at any time.
To manage your consent, we use the consent management tool “Klaro”, which is hosted locally on our servers. Your settings are stored in your browser (localStorage); no data is transmitted to third parties. You can adjust or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer of our website.
Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
Enquiry by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The legal bases are as described above.

The information collected is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation is enabled on this website.
Google Analytics is used exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG). No processing takes place until you have expressly consented via our cookie banner.
