Membership software and automation for clubs and associations

Less admin, more time for the cause.

Maintaining members, collecting dues, coordinating volunteers, organising events: it often runs on spreadsheets, paper and the time of a few volunteers. We digitalise your membership admin, pragmatically and suited to volunteer structures, without everyone having to learn a new system first.

The problem

Where clubs and associations lose time and nerves

Volunteers carry the club. It is the admin around it that costs too much time.

Member data lives in spreadsheets and heads

Addresses, joinings and leavings are kept in tables that no one but one person really knows.

Collecting dues is manual work every year

Dues are calculated by hand, direct debits created one by one, and failed payments chased laboriously.

Volunteers don’t coordinate themselves

Who helps when at which event? Planning relies on lists, shouts and messaging apps.

Events and registrations cost evenings

Registrations come in on paper and by email, then get transferred into lists by hand.

Solutions

What we automate for membership admin

Concrete applications that ease the volunteer workload, on their own or as one connected solution.

Digital member management

Maintain member data centrally, with joinings and leavings documented cleanly and accessible to everyone entitled, instead of a single spreadsheet.

Part of your central dashboard, connected to every other building block, with clear role-based access.

The difference

Everything in one dashboard. Each role sees only what it needs.

We don’t build isolated tools. Every function we build for you comes together in one central dashboard. With clear role-based access, each person sees exactly what they need for their work, while in the background all data is connected and feeds into each other.

How we work

From idea to a running solution in weeks, not months.

No mammoth project that only shows results after a year. We put a working solution to use early and develop it further together with you.

01

Getting to know you

We listen and understand your process: where time is lost and what really gets stuck day to day.

02

A clear proposal

You get an honest, pragmatic way forward, including the parts where software or AI would add nothing.

03

In use quickly

In short cycles we build a first version you can use in everyday work, instead of developing for months behind the scenes.

04

Better together

With real feedback from practice we keep improving. The solution grows with your business.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions from clubs and associations

Is custom membership software worth it, or is standard enough?

For many clubs a good standard membership software is perfectly enough. We look honestly at where that is the case and where a tailored solution or automation at the edges genuinely saves time, and we deliberately start small.

We work with spreadsheets and paper. Isn’t switching too much effort?

The start can stay small. We often begin with one concrete point, such as dues management, and take over existing data from your current tables, without changing everything at once.

What about data protection for member data?

Member data belongs in structured, access-controlled hands. We set up clear permissions so only authorised people see the data they need, instead of sending lists around by email.

Can volunteer board members actually operate the solution?

Yes, that is the aim. We build the applications to work without technical knowledge and without lengthy onboarding, because in volunteer work there is no time for that.
