Connect systems: data silos become one shared status

  • Capture data once instead of typing it repeatedly
  • Interfaces via API, otherwise via automation
  • Existing systems connected instead of replaced
Your benefits

What changes when you connect your systems?

Manual work and scattered islands become one connected flow: data is captured once, roles are clear, and recurring steps run automatically.

Without us

  • Data copied between tools by handThe same details move manually from one system to the next, with transposed digits and delay.
  • Each system only knows its partERP, shop and accounting each keep their own status, and someone laboriously assembles the overall view.
  • Media breaks at every transitionExport, reformat, re-import: between the tools the data flow tears apart.
  • Double entry and conflicting statesA customer or item exists several times, differently per tool, and no one knows which is right.

With us

  • One connected, shared statusData flows automatically between your systems instead of being copied by hand.
  • Every tool sees the same statusWhat’s created in one system is current and usable in the others right away.
  • A continuous flow without media breaksNo more exporting and reformatting: the transitions run through automatically.
  • Capture once, in sync everywhereOne entry is enough; double entry and conflicting states disappear.
Blocks

Connect systems without replacing everything

Via API where there is one, via automation where there isn’t, hooked into your existing systems.

API integration

Couple existing software directly through its interfaces: stable, maintainable and in real time.

ERP, shop and inventory

Keep orders, items and stock in sync between ERP, shop and inventory.

Connect accounting and specialist software

Hand documents and data cleanly to accounting and specialist software, without double entry.

Synchronise data

Keep customers, items and cases on one status across all systems, reconciled automatically.

Connection without an interface

Where an API is missing, automation bridges the gap and moves the data in the background.

Integrate machines and devices

Capture data from machines and devices and bring it together with your systems.

Our concept

A central dashboard instead of isolated islands

We build roles, functions and data exchange across the processes in your company, so every additional feature creates real relief, instead of becoming yet another island.

  • Clear roles: each person sees exactly what they need for their work.
  • Functions that interlock, instead of isolated island tools.
  • Data exchange across all processes: captured once, current everywhere.

How we work

How does a software integration work?

No mammoth project that only shows results after a year. We put a working solution into use early and evolve it together with you.

01

Get to know each other

We listen and understand your process: where time is lost and what really gets stuck day to day.

02

A clear proposal

You get an honest, pragmatic path forward, including where software or AI wouldn’t help.

03

Quickly in use

In short cycles, an early version you can use in daily work takes shape, instead of months of hidden development.

04

Better together

With real feedback from practice we keep improving. The solution grows with your business.

Pricing

What does connecting systems cost?

We work with fixed prices per block instead of open-ended timesheets. That keeps the investment predictable and lets you start deliberately with exactly what has the biggest impact right now.

Investment

from €7,500

for the first usable solution, as a fixed price. The exact scope is mapped out in the free first call.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about connecting systems

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. The whole point is to connect what you have instead of replacing it. We couple your tools through their interfaces and automate the transitions so the manual work in between disappears.

What if a system offers no interface?

Then the path is automation: instead of an API, an automation takes over the clicking and typing or reads exports, as if someone were operating the tool. That way even older programs without an API can be integrated.

How does the data stay in sync across all systems?

We define which system is the source of truth for which data and reconcile the others against it automatically. That way all tools see the same status instead of keeping their own, conflicting versions.

Can we start with a single connection?

Yes. We start at the transition that slows you down most, e.g. between shop and accounting, and expand from there. That creates a noticeable benefit early, instead of waiting for one big project.
In detail

Connect systems in detail

Connecting systems means coupling your existing tools so data flows between them automatically instead of being copied by hand. That ranges from API integration between ERP, shop and accounting through synchronising customer and item data to connecting machines and specialist software. Separate data silos become one connected, shared status, without you having to replace your software.
